GauVendi is priced as a monthly subscription per property. The figures below are indicative, to give you an order of magnitude before you speak to us — they are not a quote. What you actually pay depends on your unit count, the modules you take and the contract, and we quote it plainly on a call.
As an order of magnitude: independent and boutique properties typically land in the low hundreds of euros per month, not the thousands. A 60-room property on a mid-range module set is usually somewhere in the region of EUR 300 to EUR 400 per month. Your number will differ, and we would rather tell you the real one early than publish a figure that turns out not to apply to you.
There is no commission on bookings and no percentage of revenue. Your quotation identifies the subscription inclusions and any separate payment, distribution or third-party charges. Implementation and the published 60-day satisfaction guarantee are subject to your agreed terms. A ready setup can go live in about three days; timing depends on room data, integrations and launch scope.
What you supply is accurate unit-level data in your PMS. Where that does not exist yet, capturing it is part of onboarding rather than an extra line item.
Track feature-product bookings, accommodation premiums and discounts against a consistent benchmark, extras contribution, conversion and software costs. Separate booked value from realised revenue after cancellations and refunds. Compare equivalent periods and guest mixes where possible. The FAQs explain how the published hotel results are measured.
GauVendi is relevant when rooms differ in ways guests value, or when a property needs more distinctive offers. The starting point is the products you can sell and the sales volume available to justify the setup. See the CRS, pricing and hotel-fit FAQs.
