Pricing That Pays for Itself

GauVendi is priced as a monthly subscription per property. The figures below are indicative, to give you an order of magnitude before you speak to us — they are not a quote. What you actually pay depends on your unit count, the modules you take and the contract, and we quote it plainly on a call.

As an order of magnitude: independent and boutique properties typically land in the low hundreds of euros per month, not the thousands. A 60-room property on a mid-range module set is usually somewhere in the region of EUR 300 to EUR 400 per month. Your number will differ, and we would rather tell you the real one early than publish a figure that turns out not to apply to you.

What is included, and what is not

There is no commission on bookings and no percentage of revenue. The subscription is the cost. Implementation is included: you are live in about 3 days, without an IT project on your side, and a 60-day satisfaction guarantee means you can stop if it does not work for your property.

What you supply is accurate unit-level data in your PMS. Where that does not exist yet, capturing it is part of onboarding rather than an extra line item.

How to judge whether it pays for itself

Compare the monthly subscription against the additional revenue from selling the same rooms as differentiated products. At the order of magnitude above, a mid-sized property covers the cost with a handful of incremental upsells a month at typical European rate differentials. Everything above that is margin.

The honest caveat: the upside scales with how different your units genuinely are. A property where every room is materially identical has less to gain than a historic building, a resort, or a serviced-apartment portfolio. We would rather tell you that before you sign than after.
