Your rooms can do more than your booking engine shows.

With GauVendi’s Partner Hub, you can connect ChatGPT, Claude or a language model of your choice and build your own tools, sales pages and booking journeys. Dynamic Inventory provides the foundation.

You know your property: the available dates, the distinctive rooms and the guest requests that keep coming up. Now you can turn them into your own ways to sell online.

What the GauVendi Partner Hub is

The GauVendi Partner Hub is the API and AI connection layer that gives hotel and apartment operators access to GauVendi’s Dynamic Inventory: products, room features, prices, availability and selling rules. It lets you connect your chosen AI, such as ChatGPT or Claude, and build your own tools, sales pages and booking journeys on that foundation.

The same rooms. More ways to sell them.

Dynamic Inventory separates the physical room from the product you sell. The same room or apartment can be sold through different features, as part of an experience or together with other units, with different prices and conditions.

Every variation draws on the same actual availability. Pricing and bookability checks run automatically under your configured rules.

You multiply your selling opportunities. Your room count stays the same.

Three examples from Inselhäuser Norderney show what that makes possible.

1. Your room calendar becomes a sales page

Two available nights here, a week there. Inselhäuser’s booking-gap page turns them into concrete stays with images, room features, suitable dates and total prices.

Guests discover available stays they might have missed by searching for fixed dates. From the stay that fits, they can go directly into booking.

2. Start with the guest

Travelling alone? As a couple? With children or a dog? Inselhäuser offers starting points based on the guest’s situation, including for people with reduced mobility.

A family needs suitable sleeping arrangements. Someone travelling with a dog needs a stay that welcomes their pet. Dynamic Inventory connects those needs to products built from actual room features.

Sell your property the way your guests plan their stay.

3. What if the grandparents come too?

Four guests become six. The Inselhäuser search presents combinations of two apartments, with matching stay dates, a total price and a booking entry point for both.

The same larger apartment appears with different companion apartments: one combination includes a studio, another an apartment with a balcony.

The same apartment. A different combination. A different price. A suitable stay for six.

A different front end is only the beginning

An API connected to a category catalogue still supplies categories. Another filter narrows that list. Asking guests about their preferences does not, by itself, change what can actually be sold.

Dynamic Inventory changes the sellable product itself.

The same room can appeal to different guests for different reasons: a quiet retreat, a family stay or a particular combination of features. Those differences become products with relevant images, descriptions, prices and conditions.

Dynamic matching connects these products to the guest’s needs, travel dates and booking context, using actual availability.

The right product for the right guest. At the right time. In the right context.

Selling logic that makes your ideas bookable

A room product can include additional services or offer them as options, with its own pricing and booking rules. Linked Sales Plans add services, pricing rules, payment terms, cancellation policies and conditions such as length of stay or booking lead time.

You can also reverse the journey: a bundled Sales Plan leads with the experience and included services, then lets the guest choose a suitable room. Or start with the room and offer relevant services afterwards.

Products, services, prices and rules work together automatically. Your website and AI can build on that foundation.

Your PMS runs the hotel. GauVendi expands how you sell it.

Reservations, check-in and housekeeping remain in your PMS. GauVendi adds product creation, management of product images and descriptions, room-feature pricing and the selling logic.

Several products can draw on the same physical rooms. They share availability. Smart room assignment connects the booking promise to a suitable room.

What could your guests book next?

Through the Partner Hub, your connected AI works with authorised products, features, prices and availability. Open APIs and MCP connections provide access. Describe your idea; your AI helps you build your own applications around it.

Inselhäuser shows three possibilities. Which guest requests could you already fulfil, if only they were bookable online?
