GauVendi product update: five new ways to sell and automate
GauVendi product update
How can your team build its own booking experience, understand guests better and automate more of the sales process? This short product update demonstrates five developments across GauVendi, from API access to a chatbot that can complete a booking.
Build and connect your own experience
Partner Hub lets you create your own API keys and select the scopes you need. This gives you a starting point for connecting your website, tools or LLM, or building your own booking interface using GauVendi’s APIs.
Storefront brings multiple properties into one widget. The video demonstrates support for bookings across properties, cross-selling and completing the booking, including payment, within the widget. This gives guests a connected journey through your available offers.
Understand guests and support the sale
Guest Segmentation automatically classifies reservations by party type, stay pattern, lifecycle, booking channel and booked extras. The update describes a nightly sync to your connected marketing tool, helping your team use reservation context in its marketing.
Matcher AI goes beyond answering questions. The video shows a chatbot that supports the booking process inside the conversation and can send a proposal automatically when you allow it. Your chosen permissions determine that behaviour.
Support pricing with your rules
The Revenue Agent combines season, event and stay rules with feature pricing and daily price suggestions. Suggestions can be applied automatically according to your setup. The video also previews the Reservation Agent for automatically creating proposals; it is presented as coming soon in this update.
